I absolutely love fall! It is by far my favorite season. I love the beautiful color of the leaves, the smell of the air, wearing jeans and a long sleeve shirt, camping....all of it! God definitely shows off when fall comes around! I also love cooking. I love to try new things in the kitchen, and see what I can create next! One thing I really love to eat is Pumpkin Fluff! I first had this as a Weight Watcher recipe, and it was really good, and low fat. SO I decided to post the recipe for anyone who wants to make it! It is great!!! This isn't my picture of pumpkin fluff, but now that I see that, I will do it that way!! That is so very cute! ENJOY!!
p.s. to make it low fat, just substitute, fat free pudding, and fat free cool whip
1 15 oz. can pumpkin
1 3 oz. box French vanilla instant pudding mix
8 oz. whipped topping
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice or pumpkin pie spice
In a bowl blend dry pudding mix and pumpkin till light. Add spices, mix to distribute. Fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate until serving. Enjoy!
